Formed in 1984 as a Colorado nonprofit organization, the Kendall Mountain Condominium Association (KMCA) serves the residential and commercial owners of the Kendall Mountain Building at Durango Mountain Resort.

Located in the heart of the resort, Kendall Mountain owners enjoy world class views of the Needles Mountains, Spud Mountain, and the ski slopes above skier plaza.

As the representative for its owners, the Association is charged with maintaining the building, leasing parking, and providing services.
