Formed in 1982 as a Colorado nonprofit organization, the Village Center Condominium Association (VCCA) serves the residential and commercial owners of the Village Center Building at Durango Mountain Resort.

Located in the heart of the resort, Village Center owners enjoy world class views of the Needles Mountains, Spud Mountain, and the ski slopes above skier plaza.

As the representative for its owners, the Association is charged with maintaining the building, leasing parking, and providing services.
