DMMA, DMC, & Purgatory

 
  • Durango Mountian Master Association supports many Owner benefits, resort services, and amenities for Owners & Guests.

  • To be a member of DMMA you must purchase a previously annexed property or annex your property in. Benefits include exclusive Owner dining and pool/gym access for guests.

  • Durango Mountain Club is the physical location of private dining, onsight gym, pool, and hot tub located in Purgatory Lodge.

    1. As a DMMA Homeowner

    2. As a rental guest staying in a DMMA property. Use restrictions can apply.

  • Several Resort teams support the operations of DMMA, DMC, DMU, and the Lodging program. Our Community Management Specialist, Amy Ward is a tremendous resource and happy to answer any question you may have.

New & Prospective Owners

 
  • Once we receive confirmation of closing you’ll get all the important onboarding information from our Team. It can take several days to process, we appreciate your patience while everything goes through.

  • After processing your closing you’ll get directions and info to:

    1. Setup your AppFolio account

    2. Arrange a meeting with an HOA Relations Representative to tour the Durango Mountain Club & get your owner pass(es)

    3. Discuss DMMA & Association Operations

    4. Get any remaining details on the Resort & other operations

  • Our team works closely with Purgatory Resort’s Lodging Program and has the most seamless integration with DMMA operations. Reach out to reservations@purgatory.ski for more info.

Current Owners

 

Setting up your AppFolio Account

  • Through AppFolio, a Community Association Management software. The Purgatory Resort HOA Relations team switched to this platform in the Winter of 2021 to provide a modern interface for Owners to view Association documents, make payments, and stay involved in Association operations.

  • If you recently closed, we’re probably waiting on documents from the title company. Want to be proactive? Email your closing notification ASAP!

    If you have owned your property for a while, we may not have an updated email on file. Email our team to update!

  • Click one of the Activation links

    1) Create a password*

    2) Logout

    3) Activate the other activation links

    4) Login with the same email and password

    The login must match the address you received the email at, other emails won’t register with the system. Reach out to our team if you would like a different email address on file.

  • There is likely a property that still needs to be activated. Click the email activation link and log in using the same credentials. You should see an additional unit in your portal afterward.

  • Along with many other automated emails, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk email to make sure it’s not sitting there. If it’s not in your junk box, email communityservices@purgatory.ski to verify your email address.

Using your AppFolio Account

  • Navigate to the Account Profile page. Edit your mailing address, contact information, and update payment information.*

  • Navigate to the home page. Select Autopay. Add your details, and save*! Choose from:

    • eCheck (no processing fee)

    • Credit Card 2.99% of the total (with a minimum fee of $3.50)

    • Debit Card $9.99 flat fee per transaction

  • Navigate to the payments page. Select View full account ledger to see the assessment breakdown.

    Not seeing anything? Make sure you're looking at the right unit.

  • Want to check out this year’s budget or learn the ins & outs of your Governing Documents. Navigate to Shared Documents and browse away!

  • Select View Another Unit. Properties with -DMMA will only show DMMA documents and annual Assessments. Go to the other property to view Association specific documents or pay monthly/quarterly assessments.

  • Go to the Association page, find your association, click the link to your Owner Portal!

Realtors, Lendors, & Prospective Buyers

 
  • 1) Go to the AppFolio Portal

    2) Log in using the following information*:

    Login: hoaguest@purgatory.ski

    Password: ThinkSnow2023!

    3) Select View Another Unit tab

    4) Select your Associaiton

    5) Select the Shared Documents tab

    6) Navigate to the desired information

  • AppFolio User Login

    Login: hoaguest@purgatory.ski

    Password: ThinkSnow2023!

    Please refrain from adjusting settings while logged in.

  • Governing Documents, Board Meetings, Board Agendas, Assessment schedules, Annual Budgets, Insurance Information, Operational Information, and more
